Venue and access
Use load-in routes, floor or rigging limits and the build schedule to define the cabinet and support approach.
EVENT & RENTAL
An event screen must fit the audience, production cameras, stage design and build schedule. Cabinet weight, rigging or stacking, refresh rate, pitch, service method and creative geometry should be reviewed with the venue plan.

PLANNING PRIORITIES
These points turn a broad application into a useful technical brief. Final cabinet, pitch and system scope are confirmed from the real site information.
Use load-in routes, floor or rigging limits and the build schedule to define the cabinet and support approach.
Match pitch and total resolution to the nearest normal viewer and the content format.
Confirm refresh rate and camera behavior for live production, recording and streaming.
Identify flat, curved, corner, cube or mixed-height requirements before choosing a rental platform.
MATCHED PRODUCT FAMILY
Begin with the venue, screen dimensions and installation method. Then compare cabinet formats, indoor or outdoor protection, refresh rate, service access and any curved or corner requirement. The right combination should support both the visual plan and the crew that will repeatedly build the screen.
