Rental systems are built around repeated handling
Rental cabinets are expected to be transported, assembled and removed many times. Weight, handles, fast locks, hanging or stacking hardware, corner protection and compatible cabinet heights are therefore central to the product comparison.
Creative rental systems may also add curve locks, corner modules or cube configurations for stages and exhibitions.
Fixed systems are planned around the site
A fixed display is normally coordinated with a wall, facade or permanent support structure. Cabinet grid, ventilation, power distribution, weather protection and the long-term maintenance route matter more than rapid daily assembly.
The installation can be indoor or outdoor. The important distinction is that the display and its access plan are designed to remain in place.
Use the operating plan to choose the family
If the screen moves between venues, repeated handling and rigging point toward a rental platform. If it will remain on one structure, a fixed system may provide a more direct cabinet and maintenance solution. Long-duration temporary projects should still be assessed from their real handling and service needs.
