Shenzhen NexShows Culture Technology Co Ltd (“NexShows”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors, customers and business contacts who use this website or communicate with us about LED display products and projects.
Information we may receive
When you contact NexShows, we may receive information that you choose to provide, including your name, country, telephone number, business email address, product series, preferred pixel pitch, target delivery date and project requirements.
If you send drawings, photographs, specifications or other project materials, we may also receive those files and keep records of our subsequent business correspondence. Website hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, access time and security logs where necessary to deliver and protect the website.
How the project inquiry form works
The inquiry form on this website does not submit your information to a NexShows website database. Selecting Email project brief prepares a message in your email application. Selecting Continue on WhatsApp prepares a message in WhatsApp. Your information is sent only if you choose to send that message.
After a message is sent, it is processed by your chosen email provider or by WhatsApp and is received by NexShows through those services. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
How we use information
We use information to respond to product and project inquiries, recommend an LED display series or configuration, prepare quotations, discuss technical and delivery requirements, maintain relevant business correspondence, protect our communications and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.
Depending on the applicable law and context, we process information to respond to your request, take steps toward a possible business relationship, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations or act with your consent.
Sharing and international processing
We may use service providers that support website hosting, security, email and business communications. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell or rent personal information.
NexShows is based in China and serves international business contacts. Information sent to us may be processed in China or in other countries where our communication and technology providers operate. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, systems or business.
Data retention
Information entered into the website inquiry form is not retained by the website itself. Messages received through email or WhatsApp may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, develop a quotation or project, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised in the normal course of business.
Cookies and tracking
On nexshows.com and www.nexshows.com, NexShows uses Google Analytics in consent mode to understand aggregated visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, product-series interest, and whether visitors choose an email or WhatsApp inquiry path. Advertising storage, Google Signals, remarketing and advertising personalisation remain disabled in this implementation.
Before you accept analytics cookies, or after you reject them, the Google tag may send limited cookieless measurements. These can include the page and source, time, browser or device information, consent state and a random identifier, but analytics cookies are not set. If you accept, analytics storage is enabled so visits across pages can be measured more accurately. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Google acts as our analytics service provider and may process analytics identifiers and technical information in countries where it operates. We configure GA4 event-level data retention for 14 months. Google may retain certain aggregated data for longer under its own terms.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry text, or other form-field values to Google Analytics. Website hosting and security providers may also use strictly necessary technologies or technical logs to deliver and protect the website.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. You may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing, request a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Security and children
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect the information in our care. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
